About me
I am a graduate student researcher at University of California, Davis studying computer security. My research interests include smartphone and system security, intrusion detection, autonomous and self-healing systems, privacy and many others. One attack vector that has always interested me is side channels, mostly because of their subtlety and their (most often) difficulty to dissipate. Lately, I've been consuming my time studying and researching the IoT/home automation devices as well as software-defined networks.
Graduate school keeps me pretty busy but on my down time, I like to read and learn as much as possible. That's the beauty of computer science, there'll always be more to learn. I also have a few side projects going on, some public, some private ( Github account ). I also enjoy being active and exploring the outdoors or playing sports. Oh, and beer :)
